Our sessions are two hours comprising a 45 minute to an hour performance, followed by an hour workshop.
The workshop can be held in the same space as the performance, in a school hall or performance space - this can be discussed at the time of booking.

It's up to your school!
Our performance and workshop is specially designed to be delivered to girls. We believe this creates a safe space for the girls to comfortably communicate their own feelings without any judgement that might occur with their male peers there.
Click here to read more about why young girls need these sessions.
However, we have hosted our performances for boys and girls, with the workshop section being delivered to just girls and we have received really positive feedback about this format as well. Both delivery methods have their benefits, and this is something we can discuss at the time of booking.
We can recommend multiple organisations that work with only young boys such as Beyond Equality and Women's Aid Manchester to help facilitate sessions with your male students.
This definition is inclusive of anyone who may identify as a girl and non-binary students.

Our sessions are aimed at KS3 students.
Research from The Prince’s Trust and the Education Policy Institute found that there was a distinct drop in girl’s self-esteem and sense of self between the ages of 11 and 14, therefore we believe this is a really key age to engage with young girls, especially as it coincides with making larger decisions about their GCSE's and futures as a whole.
However, if necessary, our talented facilitators will be happy to adapt it to your school's individual needs.
